Salesforce has the most slide tools of any app in our records. Eleven tools make PowerPoint decks from Salesforce data, and two of them also output Google Slides. Many are built for Salesforce admins, and seven of the eleven price on request. They are listed on the Salesforce to PPTX page. The two that also output Google Slides are too few for a page of their own. For slide tools across every source, see data to presentation tools, and for every Salesforce output, the Salesforce hub.
The native option
Salesforce Document Generation builds documents from records with Word and PowerPoint templates through OmniStudio, licensed with the Industries clouds. Salesforce Document Generation outputs DOCX, PPTX and PDF, and pricing is on request because it comes with the Industries license.
If your org already has an Industries cloud, check this first. It keeps generation inside Salesforce with no extra vendor. If your org does not, the native route means a license change, and a dedicated tool is usually the shorter path. The native option does not output Google Slides.
The Zapier, Make or n8n path
Generation starts from a button on the record, a Flow or Apex code. Most Salesforce tools here start from those, so an automation platform is rarely needed.
SourceToDocs reaches Salesforce through Zapier, Make or n8n on its Pro plan. It uses Google Docs templates and writes Google Slides, Google Docs, PDF, PPTX and DOCX. Its record does not list Salesforce as a source.
Among the Salesforce slide tools in our records, Formstack Documents lists Zapier and Plumsail Documents lists Zapier and Make. Conga Composer and Nintex DocGen list DocuSign. The rest list no automation platform. Use Zapier or Make only when the deck also needs data from outside Salesforce, or when the finished file must reach an app the tool does not connect to.
Dedicated tools
Six tools built around Salesforce. Prices were checked on 20 Oct 2026.
- Conga Composer uses Word templates and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, HTML and email, with ties to Conga Sign, CPQ and CLM; pricing is on request.
- S-Docs is Salesforce-native with a visual builder, e-sign and batch generation, and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX and XLSX; pricing is by custom quote.
- Nintex DocGen for Salesforce uses Word templates and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX and XLSX; there is no public price, and a free trial is offered.
- Documill has a visual template builder and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX and e-sign documents, from about $22 per user a month (EUR 20, converted), with a 30-day AppExchange trial.
- Matik builds data-driven decks for QBRs and renewals in Google Slides and PPTX from Google templates, also drawing on Snowflake, Looker and Gong; pricing is on request, by demo.
- Slideform builds reports from app and BI data into Google Slides, PPTX and Google Docs from Google templates; pricing is on request, with a free trial.
Four more output PPTX from Salesforce: Templafy from $40 per user a month with a free Individual plan, Fluent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint templates and pricing on request, Formstack Documents with a custom-priced Salesforce edition, and Plumsail Documents at $25 a month according to a third-party review.
Which route to pick
Start with the license you have. An Industries org should test Salesforce Document Generation before buying anything.
If the deck must be Google Slides, the choice is Matik or Slideform. Both price on request. Matik’s record centers on QBR and renewal decks that combine Salesforce with warehouse and call data. Slideform’s centers on reports from BI and app data.
If PowerPoint is fine and you already generate quotes or contracts in Salesforce, ask your current vendor first. Conga Composer, S-Docs and Nintex DocGen all output PPTX, so one tool may cover decks as well as documents.
If price must be known up front, Documill and Templafy publish per-user prices, about $22 and $40 a month. Most others price by quote, so ask for a figure based on your user count and volume.
Related lists are the test. A proposal deck usually needs opportunity products in a table, and a QBR deck needs cases or usage rows. Ask each vendor to build your real deck from a sandbox record with a long related list.
Who builds it matters. Most of these tools list Salesforce admins as the buyer in our records. Matik and Slideform are aimed at sales and agency teams, so check who on your side will own the templates.
