Sales teams want decks from HubSpot for proposals, renewals and business reviews. Eight tools in our records make Google Slides or PowerPoint decks from HubSpot data. Four output Google Slides; all eight output PPTX. They are listed on the HubSpot to Google Slides page and the HubSpot to PPTX page. For slide tools across every source, see data to presentation tools, and for every HubSpot output, the HubSpot hub.
The native option
HubSpot Quotes creates quotes with e-signature and payments on the Professional and Enterprise editions. HubSpot Quotes outputs HTML, PDF and e-sign documents from a visual builder. It does not make slide decks. For a quote with line items, signature and payment, it may be all you need. For a proposal deck or a quarterly review, you need a separate tool.
The Zapier, Make or n8n path
A HubSpot workflow can start generation when a deal or contact changes, and most apps add a generate button to the record. So most HubSpot slide tools connect directly, and an automation platform is optional.
Zapier or Make helps when the slide tool you want lacks a HubSpot app, or when the deck needs data from a second system.
SourceToDocs reaches HubSpot through Zapier, Make or n8n on its Pro plan. It uses Google Docs templates and writes Google Slides, Google Docs, PDF, PPTX and DOCX. Its record does not list HubSpot as a source.
Among the HubSpot slide tools in our records, Portant and Formstack Documents list Zapier, and Plumsail Documents lists Zapier and Make. The rest list no automation platform, so they rely on their own HubSpot connection.
Dedicated tools
Six of the eight tools. Prices were checked on 20 Oct 2026.

- Matik builds data-driven decks for QBRs and renewals in Google Slides and PPTX from Google templates, also drawing on Snowflake, Looker and Gong; pricing is on request, by demo.
- Slideform builds reports from app and BI data into Google Slides, PPTX and Google Docs from Google templates; pricing is on request, with a free trial.
- Gamma makes AI presentations in a visual builder and exports PPTX, PDF and Google Slides on its free plan, with an API from Pro; paid pricing is on request.
- Formstack Documents takes Word, PDF form or visual builder templates and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX and e-sign documents, sold in the Formstack Suite plan at $250 a month paid annually.
- Plumsail Documents uses Word templates and outputs PPTX, PDF, DOCX and XLSX, at $25 a month billed annually ($29 monthly) according to a third-party review, with a 30-day trial.
The other two are S-Docs, a Salesforce-native tool that also supports HubSpot and outputs PPTX, with custom quotes only, and Pitch, a presentation tool we list as adjacent.
Which route to pick
If a quote is the document, start with HubSpot Quotes on Professional or Enterprise. Add a slide tool only when you need a deck.
For proposal decks from deals, with the template in Google Slides, Portant is the one Google Slides tool here with a published price and a free plan. It also outputs PPTX and e-sign documents from the same template.
For QBRs and renewal decks that pull usage or BI data alongside HubSpot, compare Matik and Slideform. Both price on request, so book demos with a real account and a real deck.
For a first draft written by AI from deal data, Gamma exports to Google Slides and PPTX on its free plan. Its output is a generated deck, so check how much editing each one needs before you build a process on it.
For PowerPoint files from Word-based teams, compare Plumsail Documents at $25 a month with Formstack Documents at $250 a month. The gap reflects scope: Formstack Documents is sold in a suite with forms and e-sign.
Line items need a test. Deals often carry products, and a proposal deck usually lists them in a table. Check that the tool reads associated line items and fits a long list on the slide.
Who builds it matters. Portant and Gamma have free plans, so an admin can test them alone. Matik starts with a demo, and Slideform offers a free trial.
